Important Account Information
While Allworth develops your plan, provides ongoing advice, and manages your investments, Fidelity serves as your account custodian. In addition to regular account statements, Fidelity will send you various types of communication after your account is opened.

Initial Account Setup
- Welcome Packet: Once your Fidelity account is established, you will receive a welcome packet via mail. This packet includes a welcome letter, custodial agreement, IRA contribution guide, and any relevant amendments to your agreements.
- eDelivery Consent: An email will be sent to you seeking your consent for electronic delivery. This allows you to receive statements and trade confirmations digitally. Simply click “I agree” in the email to complete this setup.
Subsequent Communications
Depending on the preferences you set, you may receive additional information through mail or email, including:
- Updates on Electronic Delivery Preferences: Confirmation of any changes in how you receive your documents.
- Authorization Notices: Notifications about asset movement authorization or changes in interested parties.
- Account Modifications: Updates on standing instructions, international trading capabilities, or modifications to options trading on your account.
Standard Updates
About one week after your account opening, you will be notified about the addition of Allworth’s contact number to your account, a standard part of our process.
Changes and Confirmations
You may receive notifications regarding any of the following, either via email or physical mail:
- Changes to your mailing address, name, email, or beneficiaries.
- Updates to your PIN or security questions for online access.
- Any changes in your preference for receiving documents electronically or via paper.
