Rich Winters, CFP^®, CRPC^®

Richard Winters serves as a Financial Advisor and Co-Director of Estate Planning at RAA with over 20 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining RAA, he worked at Fidelity Investments for 15 years, with the last nine years working within the High Net Worth group helping clients with their investments and developing financial plans.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Richard served four years with the US Army Rangers – 75th Ranger Regiment. He earned a BA in Business from Westminster College and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation, Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC®) designation, and the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) designation from the College of Financial Planning. Richard is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dallas Gupta School Of Business teaching courses in financial planning and investments.
