Scott Peters

Scott joined RAA in 2022. Driven by his concern for fellow pilots in the new age of post-COVID airline growth, Scott’s search for guidance and planning assistance brought him to RAA.

After receiving excellent service from the RAA Staff, Scott decided that the best way to help his fellow pilots was to join the RAA team as an airline representative.

Scott graduated from Auburn University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. After graduation he joined the Marine Corps as an Officer. He attended Flight School in Pensacola, Florida and was Winged a Naval Aviator in 1999. He flew the AH-1W Super Cobra.

Scott worked at PSA Airlines (a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines, Inc.) from 2016 to 2022. Scott started at Delta Air Lines, Inc in July 2022 where he is currently a B-737 First Officer based in Atlanta.

In his free time, Scott is working on a PhD in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He has completed all courses and only has the dissertation remaining.

He lives with his wife and stepdaughter in Daphne, Alabama which is across the bay from Mobile, The Original Home of Mardi Gras.
